Getting my groove back

Ok so, we got a family membership to the YMCA in our area. I decided on it because there are so many benefits. Not just for me, but for the whole gang. :) I'm starting "Body Fit" in the morning. The description under this program says "Come have fun as you sweat, tone, tuck and tighten. A combination of weights, step aerobics, balance techniques and much more will target problem areas." I've never exercised with a group before and I'm so nervous but excited at the same time. I'm generally a shy person and sometimes feel awkward meeting new people. I've definitely gotten better with it since working retail and stuff but still get a little bit of anxiety so we will see how this goes! My weight fluctuates so much. I gain and lose like nobody's business. Right now, I'm not really diggin my look. It's completely my fault though, because I've been eating TERRIBLE things and have been way more sedentary. I step on the scale and have seen the numbers higher before, but the way I feel when I look at myself with and without clothes on..just isn't cool. I'm guessing I've gained quite a few inches. I'm soo ready now to get back on track and take control of this! I just really hope I stick with it. I know it will be hard at first but I just have to remind myself to keep pushing and I'm sure I will be successful. I'm ready to be in the best shape of my life. I've lost weight before, enough to where I felt good about myself..for the most part, but I've never been toned and have never felt 100% happy with my body ;) So let's do this!!! Wish me luck and I guess I will keep whoever actually reads this updated haha!


P.S...Obviously I not only want feel better about the way I look but also just want to be healthy and set a good example for the youngins :)
